All of our stamps are custom-made and personalized, so we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

If you'd like to cancel your order and it hasn’t gone into production yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive a stamp that is damaged during delivery or contains an error made on our end (such as the wrong name or design), please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your item.

Be sure to include a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review the case and, depending on the situation, either send a replacement or issue a refund.
