These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Paper Tulip website and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Products

We specialize in custom rubber stamps, including Ex Libris stamps, made to order.
Each stamp is individually designed and handmade. Slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the product.

Orders & Customization

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).

• Custom designs require approval before production.
• Turnaround time is generally 2–5 business days after design approval, unless otherwise stated.
• By approving a custom design, you confirm that the spelling and details are correct.

Shipping

Shipping within Georgia is arranged with local couriers or Georgian Post.

• International shipping is available. Please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times and rates.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party delivery services.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns for custom items.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
• If a package is lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim but are not liable for courier errors.

Intellectual Property
Some of the designs used in our products are based on artwork sourced from the public domain and may be freely available online. However, all stamp layouts, custom compositions, typography choices, and template arrangements are the creative work of Paper Tulip and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Custom designs created specifically for clients remain the intellectual property of Paper Tulip, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to display custom work in our portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes.
If you are submitting a design for a custom stamp, you confirm that you have the right to use the material provided and that it does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
